Following the latest guidance, we are now only open for emergency or urgent eye care appointments. We are offering telephone consultations, which can be booked by calling us, or via the online MySight platform below. Our phones will be staffed on limited hours, but you can leave us a message and we will get back to you.
If you are having problems with your vision, have lost or broken your glasses, or need our help in any other way then please get in touch and we will do all we can to look after you, arranging an appointment to see us in the practice if necessary.
Supplies of contact lenses will carry on as normal. We can organise home delivery of spectacles, contact lenses or solutions, or you can arrange a time to collect from the practice.

Across all age groups, we aim to provide high quality eyecare and excellent service to all our patients. We are always pleased to welcome new patients and are proud of the fact that our practice has grown over the years mainly by recommendation.
We are located in the centre of Downend, with free parking available nearby and a bus stop directly outside the practice.
